sunny days

i'm just thankful we don't get as much rain and as many dreary days as vancouver.  i know the sun is coming though.  it's supposed to come out for a few days next week they say.  Plus we're already halfway through january (almost!) and before ya know it march will be here.  and in my books, march is the beginning of spring.

so i thought i'd post something bright and sunny.  after rooting through the archives i came across this shot and it seemed like a good idea.  the fact that it was totally overcast when i took this is irrelevant right? =)

Now that we're past the solstice, the days get longer but the Earth will be chilling us out for a while still. Up here on Denman we get a greater amount of rain that Vic, but also more days of sunshine I'm told.
